LIA VALENCIA KEY "KEY TO LIGHT MASTERMIND" SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a Lia Valencia Key "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before enrolling.
1. INTENTION & PURPOSE OF "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND"
The Lia Valencia Key "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" experience is designed to be a transformational journey, giving you keys and tools to unlock your biggest, boldest dreams and step into abundant joy and peace.
However, participation in "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" does not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, career advancements, personal achievements, or the fulfillment of any particular goal. Success is solely dependent on your personal effort, mindset, actions, and implementation of the teachings.
We are committed to creating a high-energy, positive, and empowering learning environment where you can gain valuable insights, connections, and strategies to unlock new levels of success. But ultimately, the realization of your dreams is in your hands.
2. NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY
A. Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable Subscription Agreement
By enrolling in the Lia Valencia Key "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND," you acknowledge and agree that your subscription is final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
This journey is uniquely structured with a powerful give-back model, where every paid subscription provides access to another individual in need. Due to this direct pairing of subscriptions, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances—including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of participation
- Financial circumstances
- Unavailability
- Dissatisfaction with the experience
Once you subscribe—whether through a monthly payment plan or a one-time flat fee—your seat in "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" is secured and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, canceled, or refunded.
B. Acknowledgment of Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable Commitment
By proceeding with your purchase, you fully understand and agree that no refunds and no cancellations will be issued at any point before, during, or after the program.
This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the give-back model, ensuring that individuals in need continue receiving access to the same life-changing experience.
3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & NO GUARANTEES
A. Your Success Depends on You
"KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" provides keys and tools to unlock growth, inspiration, and strategy—but does not guarantee specific results. Any progress, breakthroughs, or achievements resulting from your participation are solely dependent on your own dedication, actions, and willingness to implement the insights shared.
While testimonials or success stories may be shared as examples of what’s possible, they do not guarantee that every participant will achieve the same results.
B. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
The teachings and discussions within "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Any decisions made as a result of your participation are at your own discretion and risk.
4. PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS & COMMUNITY AGREEMENT
To foster a supportive, high-energy environment, all members agree to:
- Show up with an open mind, positive energy, and a willingness to learn and unlock new levels of growth.
- Engage respectfully and uplift others in the community.
- Honor "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND's" confidentiality and privacy—what is shared within the group stays within the group.
- Avoid negative, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.
Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in removal from "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND" without cancellation, refund, or reinstatement.
5. MEDIA CONSENT & USE OF CONTENT
By enrolling in "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND," you grant permission for Lia Valencia Key to use any pictures, video, or audio recorded during sessions or workshops for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing materials, social media content, and website features.
However, your personal dreams, private shares, and vulnerable moments will always be valued, respected, and only shared with your explicit consent.
If you do not wish to appear in photos, videos, or recordings, please notify us in writing before the start of the program.
6. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By subscribing to Lia Valencia Key "KEY to LIGHT MASTERMIND", you confirm that you:

âś… Accept that this subscription cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Lia Valencia Key reserves the right to update, change, or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website at https://www.liavalenciakey.com or via email. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
If any dispute arises out of or relates to this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiations fail, any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
